The Challenge
Founder Ryan Hennessy identified a recurring workplace issue: the struggle to capture notes while staying engaged in conversations. Existing solutions were often too complex or expensive for everyday use by individuals and small teams.

We collaborated with Ryan to map the technical requirements for a multi-platform bot capable of joining various conferencing tools and capturing high-fidelity audio for processing.
Design
The design focused on simplicity and speed, ensuring users could access their AI-generated summaries and action points immediately after a meeting ended without navigating complex menus.
Develop
Using Bubble and custom plugin development, we built a scalable platform that handles real-time transcription, AI synthesis, and even telephony integration for direct phone call recording.
